All users have the right to request that their account and data be removed.
In order to for us to delete your account, we need an official request. Please follow the steps below.
Device Registration Identifier
On the SkyQR mobile application, go to the Registration Info page from the left side menu.
Copy the unique registration number associated with your device.
Official Request
Send this identifier along with your mobile number to support@skyqr.co.za with the subject: Delete My Account.
We will process the request and let you know once your account and data was removed from the system.
